Our Philosophy

Nicole Fritz-Canion may be young, but her experience and level of customer service far exceeds most who have been in the business for decades longer. Nicole has worked in the Real Estate business since 2006, right before the great “Crash” started.

From a marketing and operations management background to transaction management to an Executive Team Leader she brings experience from every aspect of the job. She has been licensed to sell since 2008 and started her sales career in 2010, selling over 100 listings and closing over $30 million in production her first 10 months in the business.

Years of working with Institutional Investors from researching & acquiring properties at auction to eviction & management of those assets, to design and finally well represented marketing & sales of those properties Nicole runs her real estate business concierge style. There is no listing or buyer that does not receive the same stellar level of attention and detail to their real estate transaction.

Buying, selling, or investing in the Real Estate market is a high pressure & emotional process. Nicole understands those aspects and takes it upon herself to relieve as much of those aspects from the transaction as possible. There is no aspect of a purchase or sale that she cannot help you navigate through.
